A Fundação CASA em Diário Oficial revogou os incisos l, ll e lll da portaria normativa 316\/ 18, que disciplina o horário de trabalho e registro de ponto.<\/p>\n

Os PAs de atraso foram amplamente discutidos com a Fundação CASA, para que fosse reavaliação. E no dia 05\/07, na reunião de Campanha Salarial 2019, quando estavam direção do Sindicato, Comissão de Trabalhadores e direção da Instituição foi novamente cobrada essa mudança. No que a insituição se comprometeu a reavaliar e agora realizou a alteração. (Leia matéria na integra aqui).

Essa era uma portaria que prejudicava e, muito os trabalhadores da Fundação CASA e gerava muitos Processos Administrativos. Com essa alteração, além de diminuir os PAs por atrasos e faltas, ela irá beneficiar aqueles trabalhadores que penavam para chegar ao trabalho.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
